Brad is a 12 year Active Duty USAF Veteran who served in both Iraq and Afghanistan. He served as a Satellite, Wideband, and Telemetry Journeyman (2E1X1), Enlisted Recruiter(8R0XX), and as a Tactical Systems Operator in the field of Airborne Intelligence, Surveillance, and reconnaissance (1A8X2). He separated from Active Duty and moved to San Antonio in May of 2017 so that he could start his business Happy Hour Ice Cream.
The idea of infusing alcohol with ice cream came to Brad after he was introduced to a cocktail made from Canadian Whiskey and Cream Soda. This new drink tasted a lot like Vanilla ice cream which was the spark that lit the fire to this concept. Brad has been developing different flavors of alcohol infused ice cream since 2012 and is ready to bring it to the retail market.
